Position Summary:
Baker Description:
The Baker bakes all sizes and flavors of cakes according to set standards and time guidelines. The Baker is responsible for maintaining required par levels and bakes accordingly. He or she is responsible for keeping the baking station clean, sanitized, and running efficiently. The baker tracks inventory and communicates grocery and baking material needs to management.
Compensation:
The Baker will earn a minimum of $14.00 per hour to start. Candidates may be further compensated based on their drive, ability to learn quickly, and desire to improve. Additional compensation is available, including performance bonuses and other perks.
