Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience as a Cake Decorator or equivalent experience in a bakery or foodservice environment.
• Strong knowledge of cake decorating techniques and an eye for detail.
• Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math tasks.
• Knowledge of federal food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide premier customer service by greeting customers and answering their questions.
• Ice, decorate, and maintain cakes and treats in the bakery.
• _fill customer special orders including custom and wedding cakes.
• Assist customers in making product-related decisions.
• Operate bakery equipment including ovens and mixers.
• Follow company guidelines for cake decorating and safety.
