Job summary

REAL FOOD COMPANIES INC is looking for service-minded individuals to join the Scratch Bakery Cafe team in Laguna Hills. This part-time role involves taking orders, serving food, and providing excellent customer service. Applicants must be available between 6:30 am and 5:30 pm, including weekends.

The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and some experience in customer or food service is preferred. Competitive hourly wage plus tips is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

You will take orders and serve food to patrons at the dining establishment. Several Part‑Time positions are available. Applicants should be available between the hours of 6:30 am and 5:30 pm. Weekends required. Hourly wage plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Take customer food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Explain to guests about menu items
• Barista duties (prepare lattes and other coffee drinks) – will train
• Clean and prepare the dining areas
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
