  • Verify cash, chips, slot tickets, credit card cash advances, check cashing receipts, jackpot slips, fills and credit slips, checks cashed outside the system, jackpot checks, and tax checks.
  • Verify and transport cash, chips, slot tickets, checks, and credit card advance receipts per policy and procedure guidelines.
  • Process jackpots and maintain jackpot paperwork.
  • Balance end-of-shift paperwork, including non-bankable paperwork like money orders, checks, and receipts.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Responsible for accurately verifying cash, chips, slot tickets, credit card cash advances, check cashing receipts, jackpot slips, fills, and credit slips, checks cashed outside the system, jackpot checks, and tax checks. Responsible for creating tax forms, verifying Social Security numbers, creating W2-Gs, 1042s jackpot, and tax checks. Responsible for accurately processing orders through the cash transfer system, verifying the money being transferred from each location before movement, and running the money to various locations. Solely responsible and accountable for assigned cash funds and completing bank accountability forms properly and completely.

  • Must be able to prioritize various job duties that must be done simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with computers and the operation of a 10-key calculator.
  • Must process transactions accurately and expeditiously and keep variance to an absolute minimum.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
