Job summary

Seneca Gaming and Entertainment seeks a Cage Manager to supervise the Casino Cage Department across all SGE locations. The role ensures strict cash accountability and policy adherence, in line with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in Cage Operations, and at least 3 years of supervisory leadership. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business management or related field; or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Cage Operations and 3+ years in supervisory roles.
• Financial and management experience including use of computer systems and equipment.

The Cage Manager supervises and directs the Casino Cage Department at all SGE locations. The position is responsible for cash accountability and adherence to departmental policies for all cage employees at all SGE locations. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainment's policies and procedures, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, and SGA Tribal Internal Control Standards.

Associate's degree in finance, Business Management, or a related field required; or four (4) years of equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Five (5) years of experience in Cage Operations and a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience is required. Financial and management experience, including the use of computer systems and equipment required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
