Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort is seeking candidates for its Finance department. We offer full and part-time positions with growth opportunities for students and adults, and the minimum age is 18.

Key duties include serving as a main guest contact, upholding Elite Casino Resort service standards, processing cash-related transactions with a cashier bank, balancing the bank at shift end, and maintaining a professional appearance. IRGC licensing and a pre-employment drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to Cage policies and procedures
• Comply with Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations as well as any other local, state, or federal guidelines
• Ability to obtain an IRGC license and pass a pre-employment drug screening

Essential Functions

• Serve as a main point of contact for our guests
• Maintain our Elite Casino Resort guest service standards
• Process check cashing, cash advances, slot machine vouchers, and table chip redemptions with an assigned cashier bank
• Balance assigned bank at end of shift
• Ability to focus on transaction or task at hand and not be easily distracted
• Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
• Cash handling background is helpful but not required
