Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Class “C” gaming license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, computer programs, 10-key calculator.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and guest service skills.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in all situations.
• Well-groomed appearance to promote a positive image.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient customer service in accordance with established standards.
• Accurately process customer transactions, including exchanging chips and cash equivalents for cash.
• Perform all cage functions with precision.
• Collaborate effectively with team members within the department and across other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with all internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with urgency and professionalism; serve as a role model for Caesars Rewards and customer service.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to all departmental and company policies.
• Adapt quickly to changing business needs and attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Effectively promote Caesars Rewards benefits and offer the Caesars Rewards Visa to every guest.
• Cross-sell property amenities and events and execute promotions accurately.
• Create and maintain accurate customer accounts while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support departments to enhance player satisfaction.
• Comply with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
