• Cashes checks, chips, gift certificates, and eTICKETs for guests
• Completes Fill/Credit requests for Table Pit Area
• Issues Gift Certificates and maintains accurate records
• Maintains knowledge of facilities and events to inform guests
• Represents the employer professionally at the service counter and guest window
