Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year cashier/teller experience preferred; 6 months casino experience preferred.
• Criminal background investigation required under NIGC rules.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping; basic math; ability to use office machines and software.
• Excellent public relations and communication skills; able to work extended hours and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists with guest transactions at assigned cage window.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Completes all required forms, reports, and logs for Title 31 reporting.
• Prepares main bank transactions quickly and accurately.
• Secures and documents all recordable transactions made with company assets.
• Demonstrates safety awareness in position.
• Develops alternative solutions to customer service issues.
• Assists customers with ATM kiosk problems.
• All other job-related duties as assigned.
