Qualifications

• Six months of cashier or banking experience required.
• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• MO Gaming License LEVEL 2 preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Promptly cash customers out, give correct change, and answer customer questions in a courteous and professional manner.
• Accurately count and record funds and make exchanges during the shift.
• Keep cash drawer balanced.
• Verify and document identification for check and cash advance transactions.
• Complete CTRs, MTLs, and other required documentation.
• Track and issue player cards for accounts.
• Redeem points from accounts for cash, prizes, or comps.
• Assist with events and giveaways.
• Adhere to Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and applicable laws.
• Read, write, and understand instructions and complete documentation.
