Responsibilities

• Complete transactions of selling and buying chips from customers.
• Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Sell chips to Runners and Dealers.
• Cash out customers.
• Issue Dealer banks.
• Issue Restaurant and Deli/Snack Bar Cashiers banks.
• Complete customer credit checks.
• Assist customers in the transactions of their “players bank.”
• Accept authorized markers and sell chips to players accordingly.
• Be aware of any counterfeit currency and report this to the Manager immediately.
• Never indicate that a tip, “toke”, or gratuity is expected for services.
• Perform all other work‑related duties as assigned by the Casino Cage Manager.
