Frederick Health is seeking a Cafeteria Team Member to prepare, cook, store and serve food while ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. You will follow recipes and maintain proper par levels, perform temperature checks, and keep work stations clean in a fast-paced cafeteria environment.
You will interact with patrons, coordinate with managers and coworkers, and participate in department promotions. The role requires 5:30am-8:00pm shifts and prior food service experience.
The Cafeteria Team Member is responsible for preparing, cooking, storing and serving food to patrons of the Cafeteria in a courteous and professional manner. They will follow all safety and sanitation regulations and operate using the appropriate equipment, technique and utensils assuring portion control. They will work within the Department budget for Cafeteria revenue and participate in promotions as needed.

Must demonstrate and maintain current knowledge and skills in providing appropriate care/contact for patients in the following age groups:

Pay is based on experience, skills and education. If position is part-time, salary will be pro-rated based on scheduled hours. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and/or Overtime paid, if applicable.
