Job summary

Wilson County Schools in Lebanon, TN is seeking a part-time Cafeteria Staff member for Central Pike Elementary. The role involves preparing and serving breakfast and/or lunch, assisting with weekly deliveries, and keeping the cafeteria, serving areas, and equipment clean. Hours are 7:15 AM to 1:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch).

Job Description

Qualified applicant is preferred to have a high school or General Equivalency diploma (GED), but not required. Experience working in the foodservice/preparation industry is preferred, but not required.

The successful applicant will prepare and/or serve breakfast and/or lunch; assist in putting away weekly food deliveries; maintain cafeteria kitchens, serving areas, equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.

Work environment includes, but not limited to, significant lifting (up to 30 lbs.), carrying, pushing and/or pulling and stooping. Generally, the job requires 50% walking and 50% standing.

This is a part-time position @ Central Pike Elementary

Hours: 7:15 - 1:30pm (this includes 30 minute non-paid lunch)

Pay starts at $14.94 per hour
