Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous cafeteria, restaurant, or food service experience required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Set up and replenish food stations, serving lines, and condiment areas.
• Portion and plate food according to established serving guidelines.
• Assist with basic food preparation and meal assembly as needed.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food safety procedures.
• Restock food, beverages, utensils, trays, and other supplies.
• Keep serving counters, tables, and dining areas clean and organized.
• Clean and sanitize food service equipment, counters, and workstations.
• Assist with washing dishes, removing trash, and general kitchen cleanup as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer requests.
• Perform additional food service duties as assigned by the supervisor.
