• Servers must use portion control and appropriate portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the serving line and restock food items for each lunch shift.
• Assist in the sink area with soiled pots, pans and dishes.
• Break down food from serving line at end of lunch and properly package and store in walk-in cooler or freezer.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
