The position requires six months of food service or cashier experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a Texas Food Handlers Card within the first week of employment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts is expected.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of cashier or food service experience required; experience in a large institutional setting preferred.
• Current Texas Food Handlers Card must be obtained within first week of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and operate the cash register; post daily menu and handle cash accurately.
• Assist on cafeteria line; serve entrees, weigh sandwiches, restock items, and keep areas clean.
• Take orders and prepare grilled/ cooked-to-order items; clean grills, fryers, and service areas; restock and maintain supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards; follow food handling procedures and portion guidelines.
• Support other kitchen and service tasks as needed.
