Hilton Austin is seeking a Cafeteria Attendant to join our team on site in downtown Austin. You will deliver food and beverage service in the team member cafeteria, keeping the space clean and well-stocked while supporting pre- and post-meal preparation for a smooth service flow.

The ideal candidate brings a welcoming, service-focused mindset and is excited to grow within hospitality. Open availability seven days a week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep team members thriving: Provide exceptional food and beverage service in the team member cafeteria, including setting up and replenishing the food line, salad bar, and beverage stations.
• Maintain a clean and inviting space: Ensure cleanliness of the entire cafeteria, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping tables
• Prep for service with care: Complete pre- and post-meal preparation to ensure seamless service
• Secure necessary supplies: Obtain supplies from kitchen and maintain stock levels needed for proper cafeteria set up
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
