• Be a Team Member: Maintains knowledge of product specs for prepared foods and educates associates on tools and tasks.
• Be an Expert: Prepares food per item specs, plans for seasonality, ensures food safety and sanitation standards, and manages inventory.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld devices to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, trains others on new tools.
• Be an Owner: Stocks and rotates merchandise, ensures quality and date control, resolves member issues and supports purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, fosters teamwork and respectful, supportive behavior.
• Complies with policies and follows procedures while communicating progress and improving processes.
