Job summary

Sam's Club in Kansas City, MO is seeking a on-site associate to support prepared food merchandise. You will maintain current knowledge of product specs, educate team members, and assist members with purchases while ensuring food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.
• Preferred Food Safety Certification.
• Preferred Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and educate team members.
• Prepare food according to item specifications and manage production planning; preparing for seasonality.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; assist members with purchases and service.
• Be a brand ambassador; develop, influence and inspire others; train colleagues.
