Job summary

Life Time Novi is seeking LifeCafe Staff to prepare and serve menu items, beverages, and espresso drinks in line with recipes and speed-of-service standards.

You will deliver friendly, attentive customer service in a fast-paced cafe and maintain a clean, sanitized workspace while working as part of a collaborative team.

This role supports members across the club and requires the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner
