Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner, take orders, enter them accurately, meet customer needs, and elevate issues to management when needed.
• Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages per Miss J's Café standards, operate kitchen equipment safely, ensure freshness and proper portioning.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Keep dining and prep areas clean and sanitized, follow health and safety guidelines.
• Cash Handling and Register: Operate the cash register, process payments, provide change and receipts, balance cash drawer.
• Inventory and Stocking: Maintain inventory levels, assist with deliveries, notify management when stock is low.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Work with team to ensure smooth shifts, assist with opening/closing duties, communicate effectively.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and safety procedures, maintain professional demeanor.
