Life Time, Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Staff member to prepare menu items and beverages according to recipes and speed standards while delivering exceptional service in a clean, sanitized environment.

The role involves making shakes and espresso drinks, answering member questions, and suggesting options in a fast-paced, customer-focused cafe setting. CPR/AED certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods
• Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner
