Job summary

Life Time is hiring LifeCafe Staff to prepare and serve food, shakes, and beverages with speed and accuracy. You will help customers, answer questions and suggest menu items while maintaining a clean, sanitized cafe space.

The role emphasizes reliable customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to safety standards. Starting hourly wages range from $16.50 to $19.50 depending on experience, with full-time benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner.
