Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking LifeCafe Staff to prepare and serve menu items according to recipes and service standards while delivering exceptional customer service in a clean, sanitized cafe setting.

This role supports a fast-paced, member-focused environment within Life Time facilities. Responsibilities include preparing food, shakes and espresso drinks quickly, assisting members with questions and recommendations, and maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards for a welcoming guest

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods.
• Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner
