Job summary

Life Time Inc.'s LifeCafe is hiring a LifeCafe Staff in Florham Park, NJ to prepare food, shakes and espresso drinks according to recipes and speed standards. You will deliver exceptional customer service, suggest menu items, and maintain a clean, sanitary environment in a fast-paced member-focused setting.

This role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Wages start at $15.50 and go up to $18.50 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand and move in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Ability to repetitively bend and lift up to 20 lbs.
• CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner.
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment.
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner.
