Job summary

Life Time is hiring LifeCafe Staff to prepare menu items to recipe and maintain speed of service standards. You will deliver exceptional customer service and keep a clean, sanitized environment in a fast-paced cafe.

Responsibilities include executing food, shakes and beverages quickly, answering member questions, suggesting items, and maintaining cleanliness while serving espresso drinks and ensuring quality. This role starts at $15.00 and goes up to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner.
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment.
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner.
