Job summary

CoreFleet Solutions operates a small cafe where team members provide friendly service, take orders at the POS, and keep the coffee and bakery area clean and organized. Team members will be cross-trained to assist wherever needed, supporting opening and closing procedures and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer care.

Experience is not required, but reliability, adaptability, and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Customer service or food-service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to greet customers, handle orders, and process payments.
• Willingness to learn recipes, measurements, and preparation standards.
• Comfort with working in a small, cross-trained cafe team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and take orders at the POS.
• Prepare drinks including milk tea, coffee, and specialty beverages following recipes and standards.
• Display and serve bakery items and light food, maintain cleanliness and food safety.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and restock supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with a small team across front-of-house and back-of-house tasks.
