Job summary

Bean Sprouts Café in Pasadena, CA is seeking energetic Team Members with a passion for guest experiences and a positive attitude. Prior food service or retail exposure is a plus.

You will greet guests, take orders, receive payments, prepare food and beverages, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and a Food Handlers Permit are required; we also support obtaining the permit if needed.

About the Team Member Position

Bean Sprouts is on the lookout for go-getters with food service or retail experience, amazing attitudes, and a passion for the Bean Sprouts culture and customer experience.

Team Member Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically and provide an exceptional guest experience
• Take orders, receive payments, and assist guests
• Prepare food and beverages
• Maintain a clean and sanitized dining area and front of house
• Any additional tasks needed to run the day-to-day café operations as assigned

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and dedication to excellent customer service.
• Back of house/kitchen experience is a plus!
• Have a Food Handlers Permit. If you don't have one yet, we will help you get one.
• Be able to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds and work in a standing position for long periods of time with or without accommodation.
