Job summary

Red Bicycle Coffee in Mount Juliet, TN is hiring a Barista/Cashier/Chef to join a fast-paced, customer-focused cafe. You will craft great coffee, prepare breakfast items, greet guests, and manage the register while keeping a clean, safe workspace.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Barista/Cashier/Chef at Red Bicycle Coffee, you’ll wear many hats and play a key role in delivering the high‑quality experience our customers have come to love. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Crafting exceptional coffee and beverages with attention to detail and consistency.
• Preparing delicious breakfast dishes that keep our customers coming back for more.
• Providing excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handling cashier duties efficiently, including processing payments and managing the register.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
