Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Culinary Supervisor at WALLA WALLA UNIVERSITY in Washington. You will oversee daily food service operations, coordinating activities of service staff across fast casual, coffee, cafeterias, and events to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires 1+ year supervisory experience, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safe, high-quality service. Open shifts and varying days provide flexibility; comprehensive benefits are included.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $8.00 per hour - $35.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Culinary Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
