Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time if hired

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks and resources, and adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specs, plan for future and seasonal productions, ensure food safety and sanitation, operate and sanitize equipment, manage inventory and quality.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates; use handheld tech for production decisions, ordering, and training.
• Be an Owner: drive area performance, stock/rotate merchandise, ensure date control, reduce waste, assist members with purchases and resolving issues.
