• Prepares food according to item specifications, plans for seasonality, and adheres to food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory procedures.
• Uses handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and train associates while making timely business decisions.
• Drives area performance: stocking/rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, reducing waste, and assisting members with purchases and service.
• Acts as a brand ambassador and supports training and teamwork within the store.
