Job summary

An indoor adventure park operator in Austin is seeking a Café Lead to oversee the Café's operations and guide team performance. You’ll be working hands-on in food preparation and service, training team members, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have prior food and beverage experience and a ServSafe certification. This role requires working a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional service to guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of prior food and beverage experience.
• One (1) year of leadership experience preferred.
• Must have ServSafe or similar food handling certification.

Responsibilities

• Support proper execution of all processes, systems, and standards.
• Ensure proper delivery logging when Café Manager is absent.
• Manage and train Café Team to maintain high standards.
