Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, sandwiches, and other café products using established recipes and procedures.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and assist customers with their orders.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately complete cash and other payment transactions.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
• Maintain proper food preparation, handling, and sanitation practices.
• Clean and organize workstations, equipment, service areas, and other assigned areas throughout the shift.
• Follow company procedures for the safe operation of café equipment.
• Help maintain appropriate product levels and an organized work area.
• Work with other team members to keep service moving efficiently during busy periods.
• Participate in company promotions and café initiatives.
• Accept direction, coaching, and training from café leadership.
• Perform other operational responsibilities as directed by the Café Manager or other members of management
