Corner Market Café is seeking a dependable Café Service Associate to join a busy, friendly team. You will prepare beverages and food, assist guests, operate the register, and maintain a clean, welcoming café environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy active work, meeting people, and teamwork. Must be at least 17 years old and comfortable handling transactions in a fast-moving setting. Benefits support both part-time and full-time staff.

• Help maintain product levels and an organized work area.
• Work with team members to keep service moving during busy periods.
• Participate in promotions and café initiatives.

About the Position

The Café Service Associate supports daily café operations by preparing beverages and food, assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining established standards for cleanliness, safety, and food handling.

This position requires someone who can remain productive and customer-focused while working in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

This position involves frequent movement and physical activity throughout the workday. Team members must be able to:

• Regularly lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or more
• Stand and walk for extended periods while working in a café environment
• Bend, reach, stoop, lift, and perform repetitive movements as needed
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements for extended periods
• Use hands and fingers with the dexterity necessary to operate café and kitchen equipment
• Safely operate equipment and work around cleaning products and other workplace chemicals
• Work effectively in a confined service and food-preparation area
• Safely perform physical tasks associated with stocking, cleaning, food preparation, and customer service
