Job summary

Sunoco LP in Bismarck, ND is hiring a Sales Associate for the afternoon shift 1:00 pm–7:00 pm, with weekends, mornings or evenings possible. You will deliver excellent service, stock shelves, and process fuel and merchandise sales while following company policies.

The role requires prior experience in c-store/retail, basic food safety knowledge, and a customer‑focused mindset. You must be able to stand for long periods and respond quickly to emergencies; shift changes will be balanced with

• Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Location: 2921 N 11th St, Bismarck

This position is for afternoon shift, 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm. weekends, mornings or evenings. Shifts may change with store needs. Flexibility is preferred.

The Opportunity:

The Sales Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and accurately processing fuel and merchandise sales.
