Summary

The Café Manager sets the pace for hospitality, quality, and innovation, ensuring that the café continually evolves to meet and exceed guest expectations. They work in close partnership with the retail leadership team and across departments to create one-of-a-kind experiences for guests and provide ongoing leadership and growth opportunities for café staff.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and move throughout the café for the duration of scheduled shifts.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and forearm motions (such as operating espresso equipment, preparing beverages, and cleaning tasks).
• Ability to taste and smell products as part of quality assurance and training.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and perform a range of motion tasks necessary for café operations.

Work Environment

Work is performed at the cafe. The work environment can be noisy.

Pay Transparency & Benefits

The target base compensation for this position can range from $70,000 and $80,000, plus bonus potential.
