Job summary

Compass Group USA in North Easton, MA, is seeking a supervisor for the food service operation to ensure excellence and oversight of associates. The role includes budgeting, event promotion planning, sanitation compliance, and cafe management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, 1–3 years of related experience, and strong MS Office skills; ServSafe or Health Dept certification is preferred. This position is full-time and based on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations
• Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
• ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise the food service operation and ensure standards of excellence are met

• Hire, supervise, train, and coach associates
• Plan, market and execute special events/promotions in the cafe

Job Summary
