Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in New York, NY, seeks a Café Manager to oversee daily food service operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure exceptional standards of quality, service, and safety.

You will drive promotions, manage budgets, supervise cash handling and equipment, and create a welcoming café experience for guests. 1–3 years in food service management and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred; ServSafe or health certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service operations.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred.

Job Summary
