Qualifications

• Minimum of six months to one year of prior food and beverage experience (Quick Service and/or restaurant experience).
• Must have a current ServSafe or similar food handling certification, or be willing to get one within the first 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the SHIFT responsibilities of the Urban Air Café.
• Support the execution of all processes, systems, and standards.
• Manage the Café Team and ensure they meet expected standards.
