Da Vien Coffee in Stanton, CA is hiring team members to craft beverages, prepare foods, and maintain high kitchen standards in a fast-paced cafe environment. You will follow recipes, ensure quality, cleanliness, and handle tickets, while collaborating with the BOH to support operations.

Qualifications

• You are quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Capability to follow directions from supervisors and management.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine beverage preparation following established policies and procedures.
• Follow recipes accurately with weights and measurements.
• Maintain cleanliness and food/service quality.
• Read accurate tickets to prepare all products.
• Follow health and safety guidelines in the kitchen.
• Inspect food products for freshness and proper storage.
• Stay composed during busy times and collaborate with BOH.
• Keep workstations clean and deep-clean kitchen space and equipment.
• Report equipment issues to the manager.
• Assist with overall kitchen operations and workflow.
