Job summary

The Cafe Runner at Aramark is responsible for inventory, stocking, and maintaining clean work areas to meet guest service needs.

The role emphasizes ensuring product availability, accurate transfers, and sanitary stations while supporting servers and bartenders as needed, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have prior food service experience, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Requires constant standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Stocks and maintains appropriate levels of product.
• Delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas.
• Assist servers, bartenders, etc. with customer service as needed.
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Is adaptable to customer needs.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.
