Job summary

Ascension Coffee Company is seeking a Server to join our Hospitality Team in Dallas. You will greet guests warmly, take and deliver orders, and ensure every guest feels valued with gracious service.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean café, restocking as needed, and handling transactions with a positive attitude while upholding the highest hospitality standards. Availability for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Serving experience is required.
• Specialty Coffee experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).
• The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.
