Job summary

About Ascension Coffee

The Café General Manager (GM) oversees all aspects of café operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, team leadership, inventory management, profit and loss, hospitality, and food safety. This role demands a strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and collaboration. The General Manager drives financial success through effective leadership and hands‑on coaching. This is an on-site position requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week.
