Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Café Apopka is hiring for team members who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will deliver unparalleled hospitality, prepare fresh ingredients for smoothies and food, and support cash handling at the register.

We welcome self-motivated individuals who can work mornings, weekdays and weekends. Minimum age 16, English required, Spanish bi-lingual is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• English required; Spanish bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and crew using Tropitude to create a positive atmosphere.
• Provide Unparalleled Hospitality to each guest.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble food and smoothies.
• Clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining area and cafe following sanitization practices.
• Cash handling experience.
