Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Café in Bluffton, SC is hiring Café Crew Members to deliver our healthy lifestyle promise through friendly service, fresh food and tropical-inspired drinks. You’ll be part of a positive, fast-paced team that values energy, smiles, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include food and smoothie prep to brand standards, sanitation, cash handling at the register, and maintaining a clean workspace. Training is paid and advancement opportunities exist within a supportive culture.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interacts with crew members and customers with a fun and welcoming attitude
• Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards while working in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café
• Follows steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds to refill ice, restock shelves, and take out trash
• Follows all safety and security policies established by Tropical Smoothie Café
