This hourly, full-time position focuses on friendly member service, following recipes, and keeping the cafe clean and organized in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 20 lbs and CPR/AED readiness within 30 days. Experience in customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe or similar setting.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion controls.
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner.
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment.
• Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner.
