Bus tables at the conclusion of Guests' meals bywiping off tables, all chairs and booth seats. Inspect the entire floorarea and ensure that it is clean. Re-set tables and inspect silverwarefor cleanliness. Ensure that supplies inside stations are well-stockedand clean.
