Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking Life Cafe Staff to prepare and serve food, shakes and beverages with speed and accuracy, following recipes and service standards.

You will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe, respond to member questions, make menu recommendations, and maintain a clean, sanitized environment while efficiently executing espresso drinks and other items—standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced cafe
• Ability to operate espresso equipment
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs and stand for long periods
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
• Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
• Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
