Schedule

Looking for someone with evening availability from 2 pm - 8:30 pm, Monday - Thursday, and morning availability from 7 am - 4 pm Friday - Sunday.

YOUR DAY AS A CAFE BARISTA

Every shift as our Cafe Server is a dynamic flow of energy, where you step in and take control by steaming milk, pulling espresso shots, and moving through orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality. During peak hours, you remain calm and focused, balancing multiple tasks while ensuring every drink meets Cafe Vida's standards. At the same time, you create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, combining speed with a genuine connection that keeps them coming back.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CAFE BARISTA

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of how to make espresso drinks
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure
